By downloading or using AMNE Property Tracking, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you should not use the app.

2. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal or internal business property tracking purposes, subject to these Terms and applicable app store rules.

3. Subscriptions & billing

Some features require an active subscription. Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google through your app store account. Pricing, renewal terms, and cancellation rules follow the store policies and the subscription details shown before purchase.

• Subscriptions renew automatically for the same term unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions from your Apple ID or Google Play account settings after purchase.
• Any free trial or promotional offer is subject to the rules presented in the app and the store purchase sheet.

4. Accounts & data

You are responsible for maintaining account security and ensuring the information you enter is accurate. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the app, interfere with service operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use the app in violation of applicable law.

6. Disclaimer

The app is provided “as is.” AMNE does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Reports, analytics, and financial insights are informational tools only and are not legal, tax, or investment advice.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
